Miley Cyrus Smoking a Bong? Who Gives a Shit.

In all due respect, I've always felt that the tabloids were one of the lowest form of entertainment in modern day cinema. Certain aspects of people’s life are best kept to themselves. If they aren’t doing anything illegal or something that could affect the type of cinema they’re in, then why should I care? That being said, let’s dive into the topic at hand.

 Now, many of you have probably seen the news on Miley Cyrus about her smoking a bong at a party she went to. Personally, I never cared for her. Her music is generic, her show is terrible, and in terms of personality she’s very uninteresting. A lot of people seem to believe she is a role model for girls but to that I say ‘Bah!’. Miley Cyrus is no more than an average teenager that happened to become famous. Does she let it go to her head? I don’t know. Regardless, what exactly makes her a good role model? Because she’s famous? Because she’s popular? From what I’ve been TOLD, she’s an example of hard work and following your dreams... yeah, whatever.

 To those who feel Miley Cyrus where shocked this turn of events allow me to inform you to a fact that seems to elude you: 

CELEBRITIES ARE NOT GODS!

 Stop expecting them to be flawless! Human beings are naturally imperfect and thus we WILL make mistakes in our lifetime. If you think you DO think you’re perfect, then please kindly shut yourself off from the world and spend the rest of your days talking to your reflection.

 I sincerely hope that Miley learns from this mistake and betters herself from it. I hope that for ALL people.

 Now, I’m not trying to justify what she did. I think drugs are stupid but I think that people who take them are just weak willed and misguided. Same goes for her. She seems smart enough, so I’m fairly confident that she’ll get through this. After all, look at Britney Spears.

Politicians Are Morons

 There was a time many years ago when politicians were called on to be the problem solvers in America along with scientist. These days they are nothing more then senile old mean whom believe that their views are the only truth. To get out of the recession our country is going through I personally feel that all people, regardless to political party, race, or financial standing need to come together to find out how to get out of it. Both Republicans and Democrats seem to believe that the burden of getting out solving the crisis is on them and them only. Last time I checked, the recession is effecting as all (with a minor exception to the wealthy).

“How can you say that each individual citizen’s opinion differs?”

 Now the thing that I keep in mind is that society even as a whole will never be able to completely agree on decisions that involve the community. But it isn’t a matter on what we all agree on. It’s a matter of what gets results.   

“What if the moral grounds of a decision effects with progress?”

 Ah, now there is a question that not even I can answer. In my eyes, I believe that as long as someone reframes from causing ill of harm towards their follow man then that constitutes having a good moral stand point. That being said, I believe that our government needs to keep in mind the decisions they make should stay firm in terms of moral value. Some decisions they make break those values though that are what is required.
